Steady Rolling Man base recipe and process up until dry hop, where the beer was dry hopped exclusively with fresh Crop Year 2023 Strata hand selected by Theo from Goschie Farms. The hops were harvested and at the brewery within 6 weeks! This lot was bright and clean with massive orange and citrus aroma - PERFECT!
