Last year, Mark and Tom from Beak flew over the US to hand select the hops from the fresh Yakima Chief harvest. We are very excited to pour the first 3 beers showcasing these hops in different varieties as FIELDS, a new limited edition trio of beers using the fresh Idaho-7, Citra and Mosaic from the latest Yakima Chief Hops harvest.

FIELDS #1 5% DDH PALE ALE
Fresh Citra and Mosaic
The focus of this Double Dry-Hopped pale is a single lot of hand selected Citra, paired with an extraordinarily expressive batch of Mosaic. Expect aromas of bergamot and lemon verbena, followed by flavours reminiscent of OJ, tangerine and Seville marmalade.

Fresh Idaho-7 and Mosaic
The focus of this India Pale Ale is a single lot of hand selected Mosaic, paired with an extraordinarily expressive batch of Idaho-7. We’re getting blueberries and rose petals on the nose along with flavours of cassis, pine and summer strawberries.

This Double India Pale Ale focuses on a single lot of hand selected Idaho-7, paired with an extraordinarily expressive batch of Citra. Thick, yellow and bursting with flavours of pineapple, mango, pink grapefruit and apricot.
