BURNT MILL TAPAWERA '24 IPA 6.0%

The last two years we have collaborated with Loughran Brewers Select and Hop RevolutionTM hop farm, NZ to create an amazing IPA. We love the Hop Revolution hops and Tapawera is a firm favourite amongst the team, so, here is our 2024 version. We use a light and soft malt bill of extra pale, oats and chit, MotuekaTM was used in the whirlpool followed by a dry hop of Hop Revolution's NZ Revolution BlendTM, Nelson SauvinTM and Pacific SunriseTM. The finished beer is bright with vinous and gooseberry flavours melded with citrus fruits and sticky berry notes. HR hops are deliciously clean and fresh on aroma giving us the best NZ IPA we can have.
