Stockwell Sunshine (Heat 3/5)

This stunner is a bright, pineapple based sauce on the milder side of the spectrum. Fruity, fresh and
has a tickle of heat from some yellow habaneros which leads into the warm embrace of turmeric,
ginger and some aromatics.

Ingredients:

Pineapple, water, Onion, Scotch Bonnet chilli, Cider Vinegar, lime juice, Smoked Salt,
Turmeric, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice.
