We took some of our handcrafted dry gin and aged it on Vermouth Oak for 6 months. In that time it's taken on a lovely pale whisky-like colour with wood and citrus notes. Inspired by our pursuit of flavour. Brace yourself, this will ambush your taste buds. Made for the bravest of flavour seekers. Best enjoyed neat, over ice or with your favourite tonic, naturally.
