Young release blend of various vineyards on Bockenheimer hill. Mixed methods of production for each grape. Chardonnay direct press, MŸller-Thurgau whole bunch in barrel, Scheurebe pressed with basket press and fermented on old oak, Silvaner harvested a bit earlier than usual to maintain acidity. Blended before bottling.
